How does the Board process delinquent AMAs?The APOA Board of Directors will begin processing liens and foreclosures for properties with delinquent AMAs. This process will start with the properties and property owners who owe the largest amounts in back due AMAs. All property owners are strongly encouraged to bring their AMAs up to date to avoid liens being filed and foreclosures being processed against their properties. Any property foreclosed on by the APOA will be auctioned off to the highest bidder as long as the minimum bid is achieved.
