At Arrowhead Property Owners Association, we understand the importance of events and activities in building a strong community. That's why we are dedicated to planning and executing a variety of events throughout the year. These events are designed to bring neighbors together, promote social interaction, and create a sense of unity among our members.

 

One of the key aspects of our event planning is ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy and participate in. We recognize that our community is made up of individuals with different interests and preferences. That's why we organize a wide range of events, from seasonal celebrations and holiday gatherings to outdoor recreational activities and educational workshops. ​Welcome to our Community Highlights section, where we showcase exciting events happening in and around our neighborhood! Whether you're looking for family fun, or ways to give back, there's something for everyone.

  1. Farewell to Summer Hot Dog Cookout

    • Date: Saturday, Sept 28th 

    • Time: NOON

    • Location: Arrowhead Park Clubhouse

    • Details:  Let's bid farewell to another summer season together.

  2. October Fall Festival​

    • October 19th 1p - 3p Clubhouse and Park Area;  Hayrides, Crafts, Games, Scarecrow Dressing, Race, Prizes, Cake Walk, Snacks and Beverages, and more!  Costumes are encouraged!   FUN FOR ALL AGES

  3. Halloween​

    • We will follow the guidelines of the Town of Edenton Halloween Trick or Treat schedule​

  4. Pot Luck Dinner / BINGO​

    • Date: Saturday, Nov 9th 

    • Time: Serving at 6:15 PM; BINGO at 7 PM

    • Location: Arrowhead Park Clubhouse

    • Details: Join us for a delightful evening of community connection with a potluck dinner followed by a spirited game of bingo!  Bring a dish and join us!

  5. Holiday Craft Sale:  **NEW**​

    • Date: Saturday, Nov 16th 

    • Time: TBD

    • Details:   BOOK your table early!  Our Craft Tables will include a table for youngsters to sell swap, or buy gifts for their family and/or friends.

  6. Clubhouse Decorating​

    • Date:  December 7th​

    • Time:  TBD

    • Details:  Volunteer to help us "Decorate the Clubhouse" for the holidays!

  7. Second Holiday Shop Fundraiser - following Community Meeting - Cash Sales Only!!

    • December 14th â€‹

  8. It's Santa Time

    • Date:  Dec 21st CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY EVENT

    • Time:  TBD

    • Details:  Potluck Dinner, Bonfire, Christmas Carols around the fire

  9. DANCE PARTIES or OTHER special events to be announced!​

***ADOPT A HIGHWAY PROGRAM/Park Cleanup:  

  • Date(s):  MARCH, JUNE, SEPTEMBER

  • Time:  Third Saturday each of above months - at 9 AM

  • Details:  Meet at Office/Clubhouse!   Let's come together to keep our neighborhood clean and green!
